Overview of the Role: The Equity Research Reviewer will work closely with research management, compliance, global supervisory analysts, and other operations team to provide supervisory review on research report. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: edit research report to meet the highest standard of quality, vetting research report for compliance with regulatory requirements and company policy, ensure disclosures and disclaimers properly reflect all potential conflicts of interest. The candidate may also involve in research operation process design, as well as providing training to research analyst and associate
Qualifications: 1. Exceptional academic background in a finance related field. Masters a plus. 2. 5 Years of experience as research reviewer or supervisory analyst 3. Clear understanding of legal and regulatory requirements, with robust financial knowledge required. CFA Level 1 preferred 4. China Securities Analyst license is required. FINRA Series 16 Qualification desirable 5. Ability to work under time pressure in an organized fashion, with strong attention to detail. 6. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to probe for detail 7. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to review research in both English and Chinese 8.
