Location: BeiJing
 
Core Activities and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Ops settlement and implement daily process control throughout the support.
• Duties on Bank and clearing account management, Clearing and settlement, Reconciliations, Regulatory report support etc.
• Work under shift schedule and dedicated support on industrial and internal/external system testing.
• Collaborating with business and internal (e.g. Finance, IT, Compliance) and external (Bank; Clearing house, SIPF) parties.
• Keep close track with latest market rules and business requirement, effective follow-up on changes and impacts.
• New business and project support and partnership with all relevant functions for effective operation and system enhancement.
• Timely process and procedure update per company standard, with risk control points identified.
• Timely escalation and problem solving, proactive follow-up on outstanding activities till close.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 1-2 years of securities or banking operational experience or related financial background.
• Strong commitment to a career development in Ops, able to grow with the business and contribute.
• Proactive thinking and able to work under pressure and shift schedule, effective problem solving during daily operations.
• Able to work under bilingual environment and smooth communication with business partners.
• Familiar with China securities products, experience on margin financing and derivative support a plus.
• Proficient in various software (EXCEL, Word, PPT, Macro, VISIO) and committed to continuous process excellency.
• China securities qualification certificate a must and Interbank settlement certificate a plus.
