操作风险岗

岗位职责:
工作地点:北京
- 制定完善公司操作风险管理制度、办法、流程,并推动其有效执行;
Improve and draft operational risk policies and procedures and ensure the consistent implementations of these policies;
- 指导监督各部门的操作风险管理工作,对各部门的操作风险管理情况开展定期检查;
Provide operational risk management guidance and perform regular operational risk related inspections on business lines and related corporate functions;
- 建立信息技术和网络安全操作风险管理的要求和标准,并推动公司IT部门落实相关管理要求和标准;
Establish standards and requirements for technology and cyber risk management, and work with IT department to ensure the execution of these standard methodologies;
- 对信息技术风险识别、信息技术操作风险事件评审和整改等方面提出建设性意见,确保信息技术风险管理满足公司整体操作风险管理框架;
Demonstrate value through technology risk assessment, technology incident review, and challenge in-line with the wider risk & control framework;
- 制定操作风险培训计划,并开展相关培训;
Design and deliver training for operational risk management;
- 监测分析公司操作风险管理的整体状况,编制公司操作风险报告;
Monitor and report on the corporate-wide operational risk profile;
- 维护操作风险数据库,收集内外部操作风险事件、数据和信息,并监督内部整改以及组织案例分享;
Maintain operational risk incident register, collect internal and external operational risk incidents, supervise internal rectification and coordinate Readcross;
- 负责开展识别、评估新产品、新业务中所包含的操作风险,并提出相应的风险防范机制;
Participate in new product assessments and ensure that operational risk considerations have been adequately assessed;
- 与公司股东方操作风险管理团队对接;
Work with operational risk management team from Shareholder of the Company;
- 公司交办的其它工作。
Others assigned by the Company.

任职资格:
- 具有5-8国内外金融机构操作风险管理等相关工作经验,熟悉信息技术风险管理、证券公司的规章制度、业务处理和操作流程、以及拥有信息安全和IT审计经验者优先;
At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in financial industry; candidates with good knowledge of technology risk management, with working experience in securities firms and experience in information security or IT audit are preferable; 
- 国内外正规全日制大学本科以上学历,金融学、管理学、会计、金融工程、信息技术管理、管理信息系统等相关专业,硕士研究生优先;
Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Technology Management, Management Information Systems or related fields of study; advanced degree is preferable;
- 具有证券从业资格;
Have securities practice qualification;
- 具有FRM证书、CFA证书、CPA证书、IT相关资格认证(CISA, CISM, CISSP等)者优先;
Additional qualifications such as FRM, CFA, CPA, IT related qualifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP etc.) will be favorably considered;
- 具有良好的中英口语和书面表达能力;
Professional proficiency in English;
- 积极主动,善于学习,具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
Self-motivation, good learning, organizational and project management skills, and a good team player.
